A Health Journey

I have been trying to lose weight for as long as I can remember. The clean eating lifestyle has always appealed to me, but I've found it hard to stick with while living with other people. As of next Monday, I am going to try again.

I'd like to eat clean, which for me is no processed food or fast food. I had stopped drinking soda for a couple years, but after moving home from college, I picked up my soda addiction again. So starting Monday, I want to stick to clean eating for at least 6 days a week, exercise at least 30 minutes a day, and not drink any soda. I'd like to stick with this long term. I will be adding several vegan, vegetarian, and whole 30 recipes into my meal plan. I am personally not a huge fan of meat, taste wise, but I don't plan to move to being completely vegetarian.

I want to be the person who goes on runs, eats to live instead of living to eat, and makes homemade baby food for her kids(that I don't have yet). I have wanted to be this person for a long time.
